Privacy Policy

Effective May 14, 2026. Xenara Technology Inc. ("Xenara", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information in line with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to operate the website and respond to inquiries:

  • Information you provide voluntarily (name, work email, company, project details) when you contact us.
  • Aggregate analytics about how visitors use the website (pages visited, referring source, device class) via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled. No personally identifying information is collected by analytics.
  • Communications you exchange with us by email or other channels.

2. How we use it

  • Respond to inquiries and proposal requests.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our services and this website.
  • Comply with legal obligations, including under Canadian privacy law.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with vetted service providers (e.g., email/hosting providers) who help us run our business, under contractual obligations to keep your data secure. We may disclose information when required by law.

4. Storage and retention

Inquiry and contact information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to follow up and to maintain business records. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

5. Cookies and tracking

This site uses essential cookies required for the site to function and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for aggregate usage measurement (pages visited, referring source, device class). GA4 is configured with IP anonymization. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers. You can opt out of GA across the web by installing the official Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

6. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards — including HTTPS, security headers, and access controls — to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Withdraw consent and request deletion, subject to legal limits.
  • Complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

To exercise any right, email privacy@xenara.ai.

8. International users

If you contact us from outside Canada, your information will be processed in Canada and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By contacting us, you consent to this transfer.
