The problem
A multi-department operations team was running on 6+ spreadsheets, three SaaS subscriptions, and a Slack channel that doubled as an audit log. New SaaS tools added cost without solving the underlying problem: the team's workflow didn't fit any vendor's feature set.

How we built it
Discovery first — walked the workflow with the team running it today. Found the 20% of steps that consumed 80% of the time. Shipped a working v1 in 6 weeks. Layered in the rest over the next quarter.
